I have been active in my gated community for the past 6 years. | have participated as a homeowner and as a Board Member. During this time our community has had 5 different Management Companies. Most of these companies have been mediocre in their performance, at best.

The primary asset that Desert Living has to offer is their ability to communicate. They respond quickly with homeowners and the Board of Directors. Their office is always professional and they assist the Board with annual calendars, financials, board meetings & agendas and many other legal questions to ensure that we are in compliance with all CC& Rs, rules and regulations at all times. Their efficiency allows a Board to operate with confidence and strength and allows them to spend fewer volunteer hours performing their duties. | would highly recommend Desert Living to any community that wants a premium Management Company.
